I’m so honored to be part of the BHG Live Better Network where, as a blogger, I’ve received compensation by BHG at Walmart. The opinions stated here are my own. For more updates on their products and decor ideas, you can always follow them on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram.
Are you ready for Spring? I sure am! And although we don’t have drastic changes of seasons here in Miami, just having a chance to go out and enjoy a cool day is simply priceless. Lately temperatures around here have been in the low 70s degree (F), which for me is the perfect weather for gardening and spending more time outside without being bothered by mosquitoes.
Last year we created a pergola in our patio where we placed our Carterhill Conversation set from BHG at Walmart. But now I wanted to find an outdoor dinner table that will allow us to enjoy this short but amazing weather. BHG at Walmart has a new patio furniture collection with the added convenience of a mix-and-match system; now your outdoor space can be personalized! I chose the Camrose Farmhouse steel dining table and mix it up with four Camrose Farmhouse stacking chairs and a set of two galvanized chairs I already owned (you can find a similar set here).
The Camrose Farmhouse steel dining table faux wood finish and its rust-resistant treatment makes it perfect for this area; but the idea of adding my personal touch with the chairs was a game changer.
Now all I needed to get this area ready for Spring were some plates and accessories. I love this season’s trending navy and blue tones; to my surprise I found some teal medallion bowls also from BHG at Walmart with an intricate design in the border. I paired these with some pieces of my Ashmoor dinnerware set over sea grass placemats.
Another important piece over this table was this teal ceramic planter I found at Walmart. I love how its texture plays along perfectly with the rest of the accessories. The fern I planted was the final touch this setting needed.
Now that this outdoor area is Spring ready and refreshed, I can’t wait for the weekends to come. Spending quality family time in the patio is one of our top priorities. What have you planned for this upcoming Spring/outdoor season?
