Hello and welcome to my Holiday (Small) Home Tour! I’m so happy to have you here from my lovely friend Amie’s (Meme Hill) tour. Her style is always so cheery and colorful it really makes my heart feel so happy!
I can’t believe that less than a week ago we were celebrating Thanksgiving here in our patio; and now there’s Christmas knocking at my door. Although I love celebrating the holidays and decorating for them, fast transitions can sometimes make me want to extend the months a bit longer. Because of this yearning, here in our home Christmas decor has been slowly taking over on some areas. Come on over and check how I’ve been preparing for my Holiday Small Home Tour.
Elf approved small Holiday porch
This area is one of the first things I love to update when changing seasons. This time around I added some greenery that I know I’ll get to use after the holidays have ended. I also included a faux wreath and garland with some real magnolia leaves and eucalyptus for a fresher look.
Living room with a Christmas glow

Love how the wreath from The Magnolia Company and garland seem to glow.

This is where we all love to spend more time during the holiday season. Since I love my neutrals, I just added some metallic touches throughout (you can see it in my pillows and shelves decor).
This year I kept my tree minimal by using some white little houses (some from Target and others from HomeGoods) mixed with mirrored and mercury glass ornaments. Love this tree during the day when the sun comes beaming through the window; and at nights with the warm color of the lights.

Bring greenery to your dinner table
Simple table setting is my way to go. I kept things easy and effortless by gathering some pine cones and adding to my regular dinnerware a musical note sheets (from Target). Some real greenery and wood elements made this table feel organic and fresh.

Having some spare time to decorate at a slower pace truly sets a joyous feeling and atmosphere that only Christmas can bring. Although I’ve shared some areas in this Holiday Small Home Tour, I would love to tackle other rooms before the big 25th, so make sure to subscribe to my blog here and to check my Instagram for more updates.
Now, I know this gal is going to knocked you off your feet with her amazing decor skills. Go and check Ashley’s tour at Modern Glam and these amazing bloggers listed below. Hope you’ve enjoyed this Holiday Small Home Tour and from my family to yours, we wish you a wonderful Christmas time!
